Methods

In order to conduct research the method used was the Case Study Research Method with the Data Collection Procedures which included the sustainability reports and the integrated report of Umicore from 2014 and 2015. Also, the research  includes the second stages of the Data Analysis involving the GRI guideline for Umicore, and the materiality map of the results from the three pillars of sustainability. Finally, the case study used a table to highlight how they were able to create shared values which included Innovations and Technologies, Profits, People and Planet.
